Scope of Services
Bright Christmas Lighting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides holiday lighting design, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage services. These terms govern all services performed by us for our clients (“you” or “your”).
Liability Disclaimer

We strive for the highest quality and safety in our installations. However, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, power surges, electrical malfunctions, or improper use after installation.
We cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing issues with your electrical system, structure, or property that affect the installation or performance of lighting displays.

In cases of severe weather forecasts, we may reschedule installations or maintenance to prioritize safety.

You agree to provide a safe and suitable environment for installation, which includes maintaining clear access to the work area and a functional electrical outlet. We are not liable for damages resulting from inaccessible or unsafe conditions.
After installation, you are responsible for maintaining the display as advised by our team. Any tampering, unauthorized adjustments, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines may void any service warranty or guarantee.

We offer complimentary maintenance for the rest of the season after installation. Maintenance due to vandalism, irresponsible handling or modification, or other external factors outside our control may incur additional charges, not including weather conditions.

Refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfill our services due to reasons within our control.
Any outstanding balance must be paid promptly as outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

All custom designs, layouts, and lighting setups provided by Bright Christmas Lighting LLC remain our intellectual property. You agree not to replicate, resell, or publicly display our designs without prior consent.

By hiring our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Bright Christmas Lighting LLC harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from conditions outside our control or resulting from your failure to maintain the installation as recommended.

Bright Christmas Lighting LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
